3.1 Class Bookings and Cancellations

Class Bookings: To attend any in-person or virtual classes, you must book in advance via our booking system.
Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule a class, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur a fee or be non-refundable depending on our policy.

4. Physical Products

In addition to our yoga services, Ellie May Yoga also sells a range of physical products, including yoga equipment, accessories, and wellness products. All product purchases made through the Site are subject to availability, and the terms of sale outlined below.

4.1 Product Descriptions & Availability

We strive to provide accurate and complete product descriptions, including images, sizes, and prices. However, we do not warrant that all product information is accurate, complete, or error-free. Product availability may change without notice.

4.2 Returns and Exchanges

Return Policy: If you are not satisfied with a product you purchased, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for an exchange, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Exclusions: Some products (e.g., opened or used products, hygiene-related items) may not be eligible for exchange.

When using the Site or attending our classes, you agree to:

Follow all safety guidelines and instructions during yoga classes.
